Here is a simple graph of new pre-foreclosure filings in the state of Wisconsin. Compare this with the
same chart I created in January. This chart is of a moving average over the past 400 business days.

Last year there was a sharper peak in the spring with a more substantial drop in the summer, especially August and September. Maybe we will still see that drop this year, but I expect not.
